"The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas were expected to make Mitch Marner their first priority this offseason. However with Marner and his camp playing hardball, Dubas has decided to turn his attention to two of his other restricted free agents. According to Bob McKenzie, deals are done with both Kasperi Kapanen and Andreas Johansson. McKenzie reports that Kapanen's deal is expected to be three years with an AAV of $3.2million while Johansson's is for four years and comes with an AAV of $3.4million. There's been some rumblings that one of the two forwards could be moved to try and land a defenseman or free up cap space. For now it looks like the plan is for both of them to be Leafs' come October.
