The Leafs haven't drafted and developed a starting goaltender since (arguably) Felix Potvin. However, the last guy who you might suggest would qualify, James Reimer, is reportedly back on the market.

According to Sharks reporter Sheng Peng, the Sharks are looking at moving Reimer at some point in the not too distant future. The asking price is rather modest as well. According to Peng, Reimer could be had for merely a second round draft pick.

The Sharks currently have 3 goaltenders on their roster who are signed through next season in Reimer, Adin Hill and Kaapo Kahkonen. San Jose is also sitting at $1.2M over the salary cap, so trading the last year of Reimer's deal will alleviate any concerns on that front, as the 34-year-old carries a $2.25M cap hit.
