NHL Will Investigate Morgan Rielly For Homophobic Slur.

"The Toronto Maple Leafs took a tough loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning and there's a chance they might lose their best defenseman. There's speculation and video circulating that Morgan Rielly yelled a homophobic slur towards one of the referees. While some believe it came from the crowd and others believe he said something completely different, there will be an investigation. The league announced they'll investigate the incident.Bill Daly released a brief statement:"We obviously take these things very seriously. If something inappropriate was said on the ice by a player it certainly would be something that we would take action on. I'm sure we will conclude our process fairly quickly and make an announcement sometime today."
