The Maple Leafs have selected their starting goaltender for tonight's matchup with the Canadiens, and it's a pretty clear indicator as to who will start Game 1.

For weeks now, we have watched the Maple Leafs jump back and forth between their goalies, and even heard head coach Craig Berube reveal that he's open to the idea of discussion a rotation for the playoffs.
Earlier this week, former Florida Panthers goaltender John Vanbiesbrouck was a guest on The Leafs Nation's "Leafs Morning Take", sharing his opinion on who should start in Game 1 for the Maple Leafs, surprising most with his hot take.
However, on Wednesday, it was Anthony Stolarz starting against the Tampa Bay Lightning in a must-win game, and Stolarz appears to have drawn consecutive starts again, as he was in the starter's net at Saturday's morning skate ahead of the Leafs' clash against the Montreal Canadiens tonight.
Stolarz's recent run of games has been nothing short of incredible, and at this point, he appears to be out in front of Woll.
With the Leafs becoming one step closer to securing a matchup against the Ottawa Senators in what would be the most anticipated series of Round 1, the fact that Stolarz is receiving consecutive starts seems to indicate that the coaching staff wants to continue to ride the hot hand, which is usually the case this close to the playoffs.
Stolarz is 6-0-0 in his last 6 starts, and had posted a very strong 1.82 goals against average and a sparkling .936 save percentage. A win tonight against Montreal would almost certainly cement him as the starter for Game 1 against whomever they play in Round 1, whether that's Ottawa or Florida.
