"Despite losing half their blueline, the Toronto Maple Leafs are still keeping things together and have won three games in a row. There's no time for rest though as the Leafs are in California for their three game road trip against the Sharks, Kings and Ducks starting tonight. That will be followed up by a welcome home visit from the Tampa Bay Lightning. The good news is that some of the banged up Leafs' players might be back sooner than expected. Head coach Sheldon Keefe revealed that both Morgan Rielly and Cody Ceci are on track for a return some time next week. To top it off, Keefe revealed that Ilya Mikheyev is expected to play again sometime this season. Original reports had him most likely done for the season. This is great news as the Leafs prepare to enter the grind of the playoff push.
