"The Toronto Maple Leafs 2006 first round pick is hanging up his skates. According to Czech site isport.blesk.cz, former Toronto Maple Leafs forward Jiri Tlusty has announced his retirement at the age of 30. The winger had only put up 10 goals in 74 games during his brief stay with the Leafs and 89 goals in 446 games in his NHL career which also featured stops in Carolina, Winnipeg and New Jersey. Of course Tlusty will mostly be remembered for the controversial pictures of himself that hit the internet. We wish him the best of luck in whatever his future ventures are.
