"The Toronto Maple Leafs dropped another home game last night as they lost to the Columbus Blue Jackets in overtime. While the Leafs' lost the game, their franchise player racked up some more points as Auston Matthews registered a goal and an assist during just under 20 minutes of ice time. Matthews now has 11 points in 10 games so far this season which includes eight games and now has 216 points in 222 NHL games so far in his career which includes 119 goals. Incredible numbers. Despite those incredible numbers, TSN's Craig Button still isn't buying what Matthews is selling. Yesterday on TSN 1050, Button said that Matthews isn't even a top 5 player. "The talk about Auston Matthews being a Top 5 player needs to stop. He's not in the the same tier as Leon Draisaitl."
Draisaitl has 328 points in 360 career NHL games which includes 131 goals that was topped off with a 50 goal season last year. What do you think of Button's comments?
