The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas announced a roster move on Monday. Toronto has signed forward Ilya Mikheyev from the KHL to a one year entry level contract. The 24 year old played with the Avangard Omsk last year in the KHL and registered 23 goals and 22 assists in 45 points and added 11 points in 13 playoff games. The forward played for Russia at the 2018 Olympics and put up four points in eight games and is set to play for Russia at the 2019 World Championships in Slovakia. More to come.
