Next year's Stanley Cup odds announced by BetMGM; Leafs favoured to come out of the East

Since single game and prop bets became legal in Canada, we've been flooded with ads and commercials on it, segments dedicated to it, articles complaining about it and everything in between. Well, apologies ahead of time for contributing to the madness, but it's June and it's Leafs news, and honestly it excites me.
BetMGM has released their Stanley Cup odds for next season, and their pick to win the Cup in 2023 is........
The Colorado Avalanche. But, the Leafs are favored second, with the Lightning close behind them. Now, obviously you shouldn't take too much stock in these the day after the cup was awarded. But, it's nice to see the Leafs getting recognition around the league. These past few years, I've enjoyed watching the away broadcasts. For the first time in my life, they respect the Leafs. They're more than just a dark horse team, which is arguably as high as they reached even in the Sundin era. They're also favoured to win the Eastern Conference:
Hopefully by the time the NHL takes the ice on October 11, Kyle Dubas has made the moves necessary to keep the Leafs right where they need to be.
