The Toronto Maple Leafs' top draft pick in 2025, Tinus-Luc Koblar, scored a highlight-reel goal this week in Sweden that fans may be interested in seeing.

Tinus-Luc Koblar is quickly making a name for himself overseas, as he gets his season underway in Sweden.
Just a few months after being drafted, the 18-year-old forward has already produced a jaw-dropping highlight reel goal in the Swedish Hockey League, scoring in spectacular fashion for Leksands IF.
Koblar, who was recently promoted to Leksands' top roster, has wasted no time showing that he belongs in men's hockey. Standing at 6'4, the young winger possesses the size, skill, and poise to handle the transition from junior hockey to the professional European stage.
His first SHL goal was a perfect example of his talent -- a dazzling display of puck control and confidence, and the highlight reel play has been widely shared on social media.

Maple Leafs Prospect Already Proving to be a Steal in 2025 Draft

The Maple Leafs selected Koblar with the 64th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Draft, and early signs suggest they may have landed incredible value in the second round.
Beyond his offensive flair, Koblar is known for being a responsible two-way player who can contribute in all situations.
His strong play has not gone unnoticed. At Toronto's rookie development camp earlier this summer, Koblar earned praise from both teammates and player development staff. Leafs assistant GM Hayley Wickenheiser even singled him out as one of the standout performers of camp, noting his maturity and work ethic.
His progress in Europe will be crucial in determining how close he is to being NHL-ready by next year's training camp.
For now, Maple Leafs fans can take comfort in knowing that Koblar is off to a phenomenal start in his development -- and may soon prove to be one of the steals of the 2025 Draft.
