Official Trailer for EA Sports' NHL 26 Shows New Golden Knight Mitch Marner Burning the Maple Leafs
EA Sports has released the official trailer for NHL 26 and made sure to add insult to injury for fans of the Maple Leafs who want to move on from Mitch Marner.
A sure sign that the new NHL season is just around the corner is the release of EA Sports' annual offering to the hockey world. This year, it's NHL 26.
While the game, which features the Tkachuk family on the cover of the deluxe edition, won't be released until September 12th, EA Sports released the official trailer for it today, and some sharp eyed fans have noticed what seems to be a bit of a dig at fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The trailer, as usual, features superstars from around the league pulling off dekes, huge hits, and massive saves.
It also features Mitch Marner in a Vegas Golden Knights uniform, scoring a very slick goal against his old team, perhaps a not-so-subtle dig st the Leafs by EA Sports.
