"The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas announced a roster move on Wednesday. With lots of question marks surrounding their blue line next year, Dubas went out and signed one of their top defensive prospects and has him coming over immediately. The Leafs signed Egor Korshkov to a two year entry level contract and also a PTO with the Toronto Marlies so he can suit up and get some playoff action immediately. The Marlies are currently in a playoff run for the Calder Cup and will benefit from the addition of Korshkov. With big question marks surrounding the Leafs' blue line next year, it's feasible that Korshkov could fight for an NHL roster spot.
