The first 7 Reverse Retro jersey leaks for 2022-23 yield mixed reactions
During the 2020-21 season, all 31 NHL teams at the time had designed ''Reverse Retro'' jerseys to wear a handful of times throughout the season. The results for some of the jerseys were better than others and it showed with the reactions from the various fanbases.
Well, the Reverse Retros will be back this season, albeit with brand new designs for all 32 teams. There have been a multiple leaks thus far and some teams have also revealed where their inspiration for their respective Reverse Retro jerseys will come from. Here's what we know so far.
The Edmonton Oilers and New York Islanders appear to be the early popular votes for best Reverse Retro in 2022-23, but there are still 25 teams yet to reveal their designs/inspirations. I'm just holding onto hope that the Leafs will be able to redeem themselves for these horrendous 2020-21 renditions.
