Two Heated Maple Leafs Rivals, the Tkachuk Brothers, Launch Highly Anticipated Podcast

Two thorns in the sides of Toronto Maple Leafs fans over the past few years are joining forces for a podcast, and it has the potential to be wildly entertaining.

Matthew Tkachuk of the Florida Panthers, and brother Brady Tkachuk of the Ottawa Senators, have announced the launch of the brand new "Wingmen" podcast, with it's first episode dropping on Thursday.

The Tkachuk brothers made the official annoucement on the Pat McAfee Show. The podcast is said to be similar to "New Heights", which features brothers Jason and Travis Kelce of the NFL.

The news is being met with exactly the kind of response anyone who has followed the Tkachuks in the NHL would expect. Some are pleased, while others couldn't wait to voice their displeasure.

Both Tkachuk brothers have their history with the Toronto Maple Leafs since entering the NHL. Both play major roles with division rival teams, and have had their fair share of run ins with members of the Maple Leafs in the regular season and playoffs. Brady and Matthew have earned their reputations as massive pests, and take great pride in playing that role.

It's a safe bet neither will hold much back when it comes to talking about games, opponents, the Leafs, and the sport of hockey itself.

If nothing else, Maple Leafs fans can tune in to fine out which of the brothers will be the first to put their foot in their mouth and possibly need the NHL to step in over something one of them said.
