After a humiliating loss on Saturday, Leafs head coach Craig Berube made a few significant roster changes, which involved Scott Laughton and 3 others.

Craig Berube unloaded on his team after a mistake-filled loss on Saturday, noting that he had not seen the mistakes the club made in that game "in a while".
After a day off on Sunday, the Leafs returned to practice on Monday, where Berube stopped a drill and dropped a couple of f-bombs to get the attention of the team.
During that practice, the Leafs revealed a pair of changes to their line combinations with Scott Laughton moving up to the third line, albeit on the wing, with Max Domi and Nicholas Robertson. Additionally, David Kampf will once again watch from the press box in favour of Calle Jarnkrok, who had previously been a scratch for multiple games. Bobby McMann also earned a promotion into the top-6, where he'll play with John Tavares and William Nylander.
Despite the Leafs acquiring Laughton to be their 3C, Tuesday will be his fourth consecutive game as a winger, indicating that Berube still doesn't trust the 30-year-old to play down the middle.
Laughton, who began his tenure with the Leafs at center, has struggled to adjust to his new team, causing Berube to revert to a less than ideal solution at 3C in Domi -- the very player they were trying to replace at 3C at the deadline.
If Laughton fails to gain Berube's trust before the playoffs, fans may look back on the deadline as a fail, given what the Leafs parted with to acquire him.
