Despite it being early in the season we've heard that the Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas are trying to make a move. Multiple reports have the Leafs shopping both Justin Holl and Travis Dermott as they try and get Rasmus Sandin and Timothy Liljegren some everyday ice time. That of course means that one of Holl or Dermott will spend plenty of time in the press box. It seems that Dubas might have found a taker. Pittsburgh Penguins insider, Dan Kingerski reports that the Penguins and the Leafs have been discussing a deal involving Holl. Kingerski adds that the Penguins could send goalie Louis Domingue the other way as the Leafs deal with Petr Mrazek's injury. Holl is signed through the 2022-23 season with an AAV of $2million while Domingue will be UFA after this season and carries a $750k cap hit. The Penguins would have to figure something else out as they currently have literally $0 in cap space.Would you make this trade?
