Recent fan vote to select the top enforcer in Toronto Maple Leafs history yields no surprise as a Leafs icon takes his rightful place atop the list.
With the offseason in full swing, it's the perfect time for Toronto Maple Leafs fans to look back on years past and celebrate their favourite former Leafs.
The next fan poll focused on the best enforcer in Leafs history, and the result was hardly surprising. The honour went to one of the most beloved players ever to wear the blue and white, Tie Domi.
As per The Leafs Nation on X:.
"Tie Domi was voted as the best enforcer in Maple Leafs history.
Now it's time to vote on who is the best looking Toronto Maple Leaf."
Adding to the legacy, Domi's son, Max Domi, now plays for the Maple Leafs two decades after his father. While Max isn't the enforcer his dad was, the resemblance is clear -- he's showcased toughness, a gritty style, and a willingness to get involved physically.
Next up, Leafs fans will cast their votes for the best-looking Maple Leaf of all time.
