The Maple Leafs took to the ice for their final practice ahead of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and their lines indicated some significant changes.

Leading up to Saturday's practice the status of all three players for Game 1 of the 'Battle of Ontario' was iffy, but their positions at practice indicate the Leafs may get at least two of them back for Sunday's opening game.
Both Oliver Ekman-Larsson and McCabe took regular line rushes with their usual partners on Saturday. McCabe rejoined Chris Tanev on the Leafs' shutdown pairing while Ekman-Larsson took reps with Simon Benoit meaning the Leafs are expecting both to be in the lineup Sunday.
Following the Leafs' season finale, head coach Craig Berube hinted that he may make a major change to his top-six forwards after lack of defensive responsibility from the line of Max Domi, John Tavares and William Nylander.
Berube, however, went against his previous thoughts and kept the line together during practice. While Kampf is an option for the Leafs in their opening series, Nicholas Robertson may have played his way into the Game 1 lineup as he took rushes with Bobby McMann and Pontus Holmberg on the third line.
Deadline acquisition Scott Laughton looks to have figured things out with the Leafs after struggling for much of his time since he was acquired, and will continue to anchor the fourth line at centre, with Calle Jarnkrok and Steven Lorentz on his wings.
Max Pacioretty, Ryan Reaves, Dakota Mermis and Philippe Myers are all available in case of injury, but for now, the Leafs appear set to enter the playoffs without any significant changes up front.
The only question mark that remains now is whether Berube will turn to Stanley Cup Champion Anthony Stolarz or homegrown talent Joseph Woll between the pipes for Game 1.
