After being a healthy scratch for the first time last night, Leafs head coach Craig Berube confirms Nicholas Robertson's placement in the lineup for tonight's game.

Ahead of last night's matchup against the Buffalo Sabres, head coach Craig Berube reinserted Easton Cowan after a one-game hiatus in the press box in lieu of the struggling Nicholas Robertson.
With the Toronto Maple Leafs already banged up on the back-end, the last thing they needed was another injury to deal with, especially to a star like William Nylander.
The Swedish winger was forced out of last night's game with an undisclosed injury and did not return. Berube was non-committal on the details, but he did mark Nylander as a game-time decision earlier today.
Another lineup decision he talked about - and then confirmed - was that Robertson would be reinserted back, regardless of Nylander's status.
Seems simple enough, if Nylander is indeed ruled out, Robertson would then take his spot in lineup. However, if Nylander does play, that would then force someone out, and it could be at the behest of Cowan.
In 11 minutes last night, the rookie registered an assist, while playing with new linemates in Dakota Joshua and Nicholas Roy. He played relatively well, but with limited options to choose from, Cowan could be returning to the press box if Nylander is good to go.
Another option could be Calle Jarnkrok, but the veteran has done well in his fourth line role this season, and that's certainly not the line that Berube would want either Robertson or Cowan playing on tonight.
As for Robertson, he will be looking to score his first of the season after a very slow start, that has seen him notch just one assist in 7 games.
The Leafs could surely use his help with their secondary scoring coming into question once again as they attempt to snap their 3-game losing streak.
