Full Schedule for Maple Leafs-Panthers Round 2 Playoff Series Officially Revealed

The Toronto Maple Leafs were able to successfully dispatch of the Ottawa Senators in 6 games during Round 1, but now they await a daunting task in competing against the defending Stanley Cup Champions in Round 2.

Panthers pest Matthew Tkachuk has already begun with the mind games and antagonism, not only calling the Leafs an easy out, but also confirming that he plans to solicit his brother, Brady Tkachuk, for injury information on which Leafs might be a little banged up coming out of Round 1 so he and the Panthers can exploit that.

Until this morning, all that we really knew about the series was that it would kick off on Monday, with an expected 8:00pm ET start. Now, however, the full schedule has been revealed. Per The Toronto Sun's Terry Koshan, here's how the schedule looks:

The Leafs fell in 5 games the last time these two teams had met in the playoffs in 2023. Granted, both teams look a lot different on paper now, but the Panthers remain a very dangerous team.

The addition of Brad Marchand at the trade deadline provides the Panthers with yet another valuable playoff piece, who also happens to have an extensive history competing against the Leafs in the post-season -- with tremendous success to boot.

This series will absolutely test the mettle of the Maple Leafs and will show us whether or not this team truly is different.
