Cameras caught beloved former Maple Leafs Enforcer Tie Domi's joyous reaction to son Max Domi's OT game-winning goal last night against the Senators.

The Toronto Maple Leafs could not have asked for a better start to the 1st Battle of Ontario since 2004. They've taken both games against the divisional foe Ottawa Senators with a 6-2 drubbing in Game 1 followed by a 3-2 OT win on Tuesday night.
None other than Max Domi score the winner for the Leafs, who now lead the Senators 2 games to none heading into Game 3 on Thursday night in Ottawa.
Tie Domi, who was in attendance at Scotiabank Arena on Tuesday, was elated to see his son score the OT winner in the 2nd game of the series after having been demoted following Game 1. The cameras captured the moment live, and it was especially heartwarming.
Following the game, Max Domi spoke about how heroes arise in the post-season, but he wasn't talking about himself. He was giving credit to his teammate, Simon Benoit.
"Every night there's a different hero in the playoffs, doesn't really matter who scores as long as you get the win. Obviously, it was a great play by Benny [Benoit]. Shoot the puck, anything can happen."

Tie Domi, who played for the Maple Leafs in 2004 in the last occurrence of the "Battle of Ontario", must be living vicariously through his son at this point, and it's clear that he couldn't be more proud.
The elder Domi finished his NHL career with 245 points (104G, 141A) in 1,020 games with the New York Rangers and Maple Leafs.
Max is playing in his 2nd year with the Maple Leafs after agreeing to a 4-year contract with an AAV (average annual value) of $3.75 million this past offseason.
