Despite having a 3-0 lead in their first-round series against the Ottawa Senators, one TSN analyst says the Maple Leafs have yet to prove anything in the playoffs.

It's not easy being the Toronto Maple Leafs, because, depending on who you ask, even when you're winning in the playoffs, it's still not good enough.
Despite being on the verge of sweeping the Ottawa Senators in their first-round series, one analyst is cautioning Leafs fans not to get too excited.
Aaron Korolnek from TSN 1050's First Up radio show took to the airwaves following Toronto's 3-2 overtime win in Game 3 against the Sens to say he's simply not ready to say this year is different yet. Why? Korolnek believes the Leafs are getting an easy ride in round one.
"Come on, here. Ottawa's not a threat. They never were a threat heading into this series, and they haven't shown themselves to be a threat so far."
As for what the Leafs can do to prove to everyone that this year is different, Korolnek said they need to take out a much better team in the next round. He's eyeing the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the Florida Panthers.
"Do this against Florida, and then things will be different. But I think it's a gross overreaction to say 'this is different! Wow, this is our year!' Pump the brakes.

Toronto has had plenty of adversity to deal with, such as two blown leads in a row, before sealing the deal in OT. They also have to deal with some cheeky behaviour from the Senators, as evidenced by a brutal penalty call on an egregious dive by the Sens' Tim Stutzle, not to mention the Ridly Greig fiasco.
The Leafs were also on the receiving end of some pre-game shenanigans ahead of Game 3, resulting in an investigation into Ottawa's Nick Cousins for firing a puck at Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz during warmups.
Korolnek insisted that the Maple Leafs are vastly superior to the Ottawa Senators in every measurable way, and are so far just doing exactly what was expected of them in the first-round Stanley Cup Playoffs series.
