The Maple Leafs enter Sunday with a golden opportunity to use a shutout victory on Friday night to act as momentum in their 7-game series against the Florida Panthers in the 7th game of their 2nd round set.

Popular recording artist Drake is betting the house on the Leafs to advance past the 2nd round for the first time in more than two decades. The stakes? One million dollars.

As can be seen in the image above, Drake has placed an additional wager of $250,000 on the Leafs winning by 2 goals. The payout for a Leafs win is $2.13M. If they win by a 2-goal margin, Drake will pocket an additional $2M.

Obviously the stakes are high for tonight's game, but the Leafs have shown on 3 separate occasions during this series that they're entirely capable of beating the Florida Panthers, and as we saw on Friday, they're capable of doing so in dominant fashion.
