Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews play a little round of ''Who's more likely?''
We're just over a month away now from training camp and the preseason schedule, and not a moment too soon. In the dog days of summer, hockey news is tougher and tougher to come by, but soon, we'll be right back into the swing of things!
While there may not be much in the way of on-ice content to talk about, there is some off-ice stuff throughout the summer that comes up, most notably, the draft and free agency. But also, players tend to be a little more active on social media during the offseason and there's also charity events taking place and even teams' social media departments trying to keep up the engagements.
If you've never heard of the game "Who's more likely?", it's a game that is very popular at weddings, where the bride and the groom each take their shoes off and sit back-to-back. They each trade one shoe and then guests (or the MC) take turns asking questions and the bride and groom raise the appropriate shoe for who's more likely to do or say something.
In this instance, it's not a bride and groom taking part in the event, but NHL line mates. More specifically,
Mitch Marner and
Auston Matthews in this case. The two close friends and line mates were asked a series of questions away from one another and asked to respond with flip cards. Here's the resulting video.
