Former Leaf preparing to take sizeable loss, reduces asking price on luxury Toronto condo
A few months back, a report came out in Toronto that former Leaf and Stanley Cup Champion, Nazem Kadri, had listed his luxury, 3,200-square-foot Toronto condo, located at 199 Richmond St. W for a lofty $5.38M. Well, it appears that he's preparing to take a substantial loss on the unit, as a new report has emerged from BlogTO, indicating that the price has been reduced by nearly $1M.
If you have yet to see pics of the absolutely decked out condo, you can check out some pics below:
The new asking price on the luxury condo is now just $4.5M. The unit, according to reports, is just one of two penthouses on the floor and contains 3+1 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gym, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna and more.
Anyone have a spare $4.5M they'd care to loan me? I'll totally pay you back next Tuesday.
